When we are on holiday, we all think that we wish we could do it whenever we wanted to. Owning a caravan on a fantastic holiday park is not as expensive as you might think. Firstly there are a number of payment options to spread the payments over a longer period. Secondly you can hire out the caravan when you are not using it.

When thinking of purchasing a Caravan there are a number of things to bear in mind.

• Obviously the first is the cost of the caravan
• Secondly there are the site fees that must be paid annually
• Finally there are the bills, such as cleaning and maintenance costs, although some of these might be included in the site fees

That might seem daunting, but don't forget you then have access to the caravan and all of the park's facilities from Easter to October. Assuming you use it for 4 weeks and the odd weekend, that still leaves a number of weeks when it can hired out/ Hiring the caravan out can usually be arranged by the site as part of your agreement, although some owners also do it themselves.
